Creatures Called Hobbits

This is for,
The little ones.
The small creatures
Of our world. Who live
In little holes in the gorund.
Who mind their own business,
Who don't go meddling in the affairs,
That are not their own. Who keep true
To the traditions of their ancestors.
They smoke their pipeweed and,
Drink their ales. They love to,
have fun. This is to the,
Little creatuers that,
Don't reach quite,
The height of a,
Dwarf. They're,
Known as,
Hobbits.

You're Finally Free

Dance in the street,
Like a swan on a lake.
Sing loud and proud,
Just like an angel.

Throw your arms up,
Let go of your cares.
Twirl around and around,
Like a figure skater.

Do you feel that?
Do you hear that?
Do you see that?
Did you know that?

That feeling is freedom.
That sound is singing.
That sight is curiosity.
That thought, you always knew.

Take hold of it though,
Never let it get away.
It took you so long to find,
Treasure it forever.

You're finally free.

The Rips

I can feel it inside,
The ripping and dividing.
How did this come about?
Why is there no help?

I can hear the tearing,
I can feel the blood pouring.
The pain is so real,
Even though it's from inside I feel.

As the chest tightens,
The breathing seems so short.
The breaking down within,
I wish the tears could begin.

I know it is to a friend I've caused pain,
So therefore I must endure it myself.
I should have known better,
But it appears I have mistaken.

Alone now I shall try to hide,
Attempt to make peace again, inside.
For nothing much can help me now,
As a friendship I know has already cried.

The flesh still ripping and tearing,
The blood still pouring and pouring.
I can feel it on my arms and in my heart,
Just when the green face gets its start.

Despair And Dreams

I sit curled in a corner all alone,
Frozen and numb and chilled to the bone.
Vast darkness around me and nothing to see,
Wondering what in life I must be.

Squeezed terribly tight,
My left hand in pain, and so is my right.
Making sure to hold me in one small ball,
Letting nothing touch me...not even the wall.

As I sit there, my mind wanders to a far distant land,
Where I am immortal and powerful is my hand.
Nothing can hurt me without me striking back,
Complete self assurance and confidence, in which I lack.

When I come back to my corner,
I realize my horror.
I must face the demons of my day,
For to live there is no other way.

Tough as it may seem,
There always lies a dream.
I can do anything I aspire,
As long as I keep my heart on fire.

An Age Ends

Dressed in a suit of armour,
Gold, silver and bronze.
Preparing for a long battle,
That will someday be in songs.

The end of an Age is close,
It's here our fate discovered.
As we stand ready to fight,
Facing a dark cloud that hovers.

We raise up our swords, our spears,
Our hopes, our spirits, our voices.
Charge straight at our enemies,
Whose weapons and fear create noises.

As we fight, we lose each other,
Hoping for the best and for tomorrow.
For after such a type of war,
This will be a field filled with sorrow.

The end of the battle has come,
We stand victorious, relieved and free.
Though many lives had been spent,
We now understand what evil must be.

It is now, that the time has arrived,
For a new Age to have finally been started.
Most evil gone, fought and killed,
Leaving most loved, and not ill hearted.

The Maraurders

Four boys stand in a corridor,
All of them from Gryffindor.
Two of them very outgoing.
Two of them prefer just following.

One loves the sport of Quidditch.
One loves to play a variety of tricks.
One loves to read and study a lot.
One just likes to tag along.

All four of them very gifted guys.
Three of them are actually animagi.
One is considered to be a half-breed.
But his friends love him indeed.

For in the case of his "fury little problem",
They decided to change just for him.
Not too many had a liking to werewolves,
But these guys like breaking rules.

The Quidditch player was a Stag.
The prankster best suited a dog.
The tag along became a rat.
In thses forms they could still chat.

The four friends all completed school,
But three of them may have been fools.
For one of them had turned to Dark Magic.
Betrayed the friend who stood up for him, tragic.

His friend had been revealed out of hiding,
Right into the Dark Lord's Finding.
So came the end of the Marauders.
A tale of what seemed like four brothers.

Here's To

Here's to all my friends,
The new and the old,
The far and the near,
To all in whom I hold dear.

Here's to the love,
We could not live without,
We share with each other,
Give to one another.

Here's to the times,
That make us laugh,
Sometimes make us cry,
Even at times, make us wonder why.

Here's to the make ups,
For all the pain love causes,
For all the times we were wrong,
That helped us find the right song.

Here's to the words,
That were given as advice,
That helped us through,
In which we all grew.

Here's to all my friends,
The ones I could not live without,
Who helped me open up my heart,
Encourged my brand new start.

Welcome To Me

Welcome to my world,
Where nothing's predictable.
You never know,
What feelings I will show.

Some days I'm happy,
Smiling and laughing with glee.
Some days I'm upset,
Some say you should fret.

Some days I'm down,
People think I'm tired when I frown.
Some days I'm unaware,
And my feelings seem bare.

There are some days,
Where my feelings are a maze.
Changing like a thought,
Even the ones I wish not.

But do not be afraid,
Plenty of amends I have made.
I always apologize,
Cause my actions I realize.

I may not be perfect,
But I do know how to respect.
What in a day will you see??
You never know what the surprise'll be.

My Dear Children

Come to me,
My dear children.
I love you,
I treasure you.

Come to me,
Do not be afraid.
I will hug you,
I will kiss you.

Come to me,
Run into my arms.
Hug me tight,
Love me sweet.

Come to me,
Your safe place.
Let go, cry,
Laugh, fall.

Come to me,
For I miss you all.
I can't wait,
To see you.

Come to me,
I will be waiting.
Do not rush,
I will be here.

Come to me,
Arms widely spread.
A hug from me,
Is a hug to you.

I Dare You!!!

I dare you,
To reach out to me.
To make me feel loved,
Wanted and accepted.

I dare you,
To ignore my hostility.
To keep reaching out,
When it seems pointless.

I dare you,
To prove that you care.
Show me true honesty,
That you really love me.

I dare you,
To never give up on me.
To know that I will break,
In some way, on some day.

I dare you,
To admit that no matter what.
You'll always be there for me,
Even if I push you far away.

Above everything else,
That you do to prove your love,
Taking all the chances and risks.
I dare you!!
